Scuba Tune Up Dive

Shark Dive Xtreme Scuba Tune Up

This dive is suitable for qualified divers who have logged less than 15 dives or haven't dived in the last 6 months.

(Please note: Tune Up divers can only book into Introductory sessions)

Dive includes:

• Refresher training & pool skills session
• 30 min Oceanarium dive
• All equipment supplied including full length wetsuit (can bring own mask and full length wetsuit)
• Debrief & Certificate

The Shark Dive experience commences with an Oceanarium tunnel tour where you are introduced to the sharks from a distance. Then move into the shark dive classroom to for a SCUBA, equipment and safety briefing.

Tune Up divers will then refresh their skills in the pool to ensure they're very comfortable in the water and know how to recover their regulator and clear their mask. Then it's time for some final gear checks before diving in to the main aquarium.

After the Dive

After your breathtaking dive you can re-live your encounters with the creatures of the deep whilst enjoying refreshments and admiring the magnificent view of Sydney Harbour in Oceanworld's beach front Cafe.

Your Shark Dive or Feed Xtreme experience entitles you to free admission to Oceanworld; including interactive daily guided shows and guided tours and any special activities or feeds. For more information visit the Daily Activities page.
